In one of the Jira Software Project we are working with two teams and it is difficult to get a sprint report separately for two teams.

can we run parallel sprints so that we can track two teams individually and make work easier.

Is there any option to run sprints parallel in JIRA (server)?

Yes you have two options here ,

1. Parallel sprints - if you have 2 sufficient scrum teams ( Dev + QC+ others)

2. You can create 2 boards for the project.

Go to each board configuration and enable view permissions to individual teams as below 

A) you may need to creates 2 individual groups for your both teams 

Or 

B) you can add team A users into one Role , and Team B into another roles.

You will able to see reports based on who can view / performs tasks from boards.
