i want to change status on jira issue when i'm adding comment on that issue.
is that possible or not?

This is indeed possible! You can use the auto-transition listener;

There are also other add-ons out there that can provide what you are looking for.. but this one is free, and by Atlassian Labs.

Thanks for the reply @Jeremy M, but i can't find Listener Section on my JIRA.  Maybe that is Webhook listener?

Dear Nikola,

Can you find it under;

• Choose > System. 
• Select Advanced > Listeners to open the Listeners page.
