We are using the TFS4JIRA integration tool between JIRA and TFS.
This is the most common workflow:
In some cases the users are editing the issue immediatly after creating the issue before the TFS Workitem is set by the integration. The TFS Workitem will be set in the background while the editing is on-going by the integration. When the user saves the TFS Workitem will be blanked out (as it is empty in the editing page) and a new TFS Workitem will be created. This means we will have duplicates in TFS.
Is it some way to stop this behaviour?
e.g.
We need to TFS Workitem to be visible on the issue.
We have the Scriptrunner plugin installed if that helps us.
