Stuck issue

Hi,

Been having using jira for 16 years, and now got this wierd issue.

One of tickets got stuck for all users in "In Progress" status (no transitions available).

In workflow there are outgoing transitions without conditions.

Other tickets in same project+issuetype+status don't have this problem.

Permission helper says I have Transition issue permission.

Integrity check can't find any issues (all green).

When trying to transition via Bulk Change, does not allow to choose "Transition" option and reason says that there are missing Bulk transitions permission, but user have Bulk Change and Transition issue permission.

Jira version 6.4.13.

"In Progress" status have NO properties set.

Any Ideas?

No idea how it got stuck, but tyu can try moving it to a different project and changing the status this way.

Needed to be migrated to different workflow, project alone was not enough. Thanx.
