Suggestions for Jira Cloud Automation

Hi,

I just wanted to create a Suggestion for Automation for Jira Cloud.

I can see and vote for Suggestions in the Project, but can only suggest something (via "create") in the Automation for Jira Server - Project.

Does someone know why? Where do I put my Suggestion now :D ?

Short answer: if you are on a paid Jira license (i.e., Standard, Premium, or Enterprise) I suggest creating a support ticket to Atlassian for a suggestion here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Longer answer:

In the last couple of years, the original Code Barrel (i.e., the original builder) backlog was hidden from customers, and within the last 6 months, the ability to create automation suggestions in the public backlog appears to have been removed.  The latter probably coincided with the creation of that new project in the public backlog for AUTO.  I noticed this because I had many automation suggestions that were either closed, cloned, or moved over to AUTO during that timeframe.
