Synchronzing tasks from one jira instance to another one

Hi,

I have a following scenario:

Jira instance A with Board Project1

Jira instance B with Board Project1

I would like to synchronize completely those Boards except the swimlanes and filters.

 

Essentially as a unprivileged User I want to have my own personal copy of the Board with different Swimlane setup and Quick Filters.

 

Is that possible?

Rubber duck debugging...

I found some third-party tools that potentially could help me do that.
