Syncing production to sandbox

Hi - I need to sync production to sandbox so I can create drafts in sandbox before moving to production - my sandbox is four months out of date meaning that some things I want to do in there isn't like for like with production because of so many changes that have been made since migrating to cloud

I believe that this is something I can do as a Site Admin - any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi @Sherry Nightingale ,

Do you want to copy data from production to sandbox one time or have this regularly update? 

If one time, then you could follow the documentation. 

For regular config syncing, you could look at Salto's Config Management tool.

Thanks for your message - i've reviewed the 'documentation' link you provided before and can only go so far - I think it is because the org admins need to grant me permission as a site admin

I've raised a ticket with them to do this for me - hopefully then i'll be able to follow the 'documentation' steps

I would definitely want this to be a regular occurrence and will keep 'salto's config management tool' for review later
