Telegram bot doesn`t sent notification

Telegram bot doesn`t sent notification when the task is created in one particular project and assigned to me. 

The project has the condition of viewing only of author and assignee. and even when i`m the assigne, i don`t reseive the notification. 

Does anyone know where is the issue? thanks

Just having answered your question about overdue tasks, I'm going through the other questions you've asked on Community :)

Unfortunately the website for Telegram Bot isn't loading, so I'm not able to reference the author's documentation about the app.

Were you able to figure this out eventually, or did you make a transition to Slack? We do have official Atlassian-authored apps for Slack integration that I can provide support for.
