Testrail cases not shown when open up an issue

I recently integrated Testrail with Jira cloud version, but from what I have seen so far, to see the test cases connected with an issue you must click on the link "TestRail: Cases >
Open TestRail: Cases" inside an issue. It would be super comfortable to see the test cases immediately when opening up an issue. Does anyone know how to achieve that?

I previously used test rail and I believe there was configuration on the test rail side too, but it was a while ago.

Usually when it comes to plug ins the best thing to do is open a ticket with the vendor. While you may get lucky and find someone that has done third party integration with your plug in, as there are a lot of apps, you may or may not get the support you want in the time frame you want!

There should be a support link in the manage apps section of Jira.
