I want to know what the differences are by 2 way to deactivate Cloud account. I think there are two ways
to deactivate Cloud account. One is to remove the application access (JIRA, Confluence) and another is by
clicking "Deactivate" button. Are there any differences after performing those options?
As far as I know,
Deactivating a user will no longer count this issues on the final billing, deactivating all the users will result on the minimum user billing (10 users), all their messages and trackings will remain but the user deactivated will no longer log into the instance.
Removing the instance in what it seems, all the information tracked in the instance will be removed
The deactivate button is very usefull when you are reaching the maximum user number and you want to optimize the a old user with low performance by another brand new user.
Please correct me if I´m wrong
