Time Tracking Required for Certain Users?

Is there a way to make time tracking required for certain users/user groups?

Katelyn,

  You can add a transition that has a condition and only users in a certain group can execute that transition.  That transition could require time tracking.  You could then create a seperate transition that has a condition that only a certain group can execute and not require time logging on the transition.  The key is to ensure that the user who has to log time is not in both groups or they will be able to use the transition that does not require validation.
