Transition Parent issue on the last subtask to move

Transition Parent issue on the last sub task to move, I have installed Misc workflow and have managed to transition the parent issue when the sub task moves, the problem is, that if more than one sub task exists, it moves on the 1st task, which does'nt make sense as the story is only ready to move when the last task is transitioned.

Has anybody have insight on how to get this flow correct?

The key is to use both a post-function on subtasks and a condition on the parent issue.
