How can trigger a global loop transaction from Automation?

I created a global loop transition that executes a scriptrunner script (it clones issues in a certain way). However, I'm running into timeout issues, there is a 240s max time that Jira Cloud imposes on each script execution. 

Now I'm trying to split up the script into a smaller task and let Jira Automation to the main loop through the issues I'm trying to process/clone. For that, I would need to trigger a global loop transition from Jira Automation.

When I look at the Automation action of 'Transition Issue', I do see the option for 'Same Status (Loop)', but not for a specific transition.
