Does anyone have a basic guide of how to Integrate freshdesk service desk with Jira? really struggling to get it to work. Am using Jira for all software development projects and want to use the freshdesk ticketing system to auto-generate issues within jira.
All guidance welcome -

Hi Stephen,
welcome to Atlassian Community!
Although, to be honest, I currently do not have this integration in place I am wondering if this is the App you are currently using?
If this is not the case - could you please state which App you are using? Other people here around will likely are better able to catch up on this then.
If the mentioned App is the one you are using could you please state in which step you are getting an error message or what you are currently struggling with?
Community is full of people interested in providing help - likely here is someone around with such kind of integration.
Cheers,
Daniel
We are also experiencing issues and have tried both Jira and Jira plus apps in Freshdesk and connecting through the Freshdesk app in Jira. We cannot seem to get screenshots or attachments sent between the 2, which is a must for us. I would also agree with Stephen and we are struggling too. There is a general lack detailed documentation that is available and what is required to get fields from Jira setup to complete via Freshdesk and there does not seem to be anyway in Jira to link a new Jira ticket to a Freshdesk ticket. Would love this to work effectively for our teams.
