Hello, I am experiencing this issue for coupe of days now. I tried uninstall and add it again and from different devices as well. Also delete cache + remove access to the app from my Jira. Trying to sign up in another browser and it doesn't help also.
I see that my colleagues are free to use the app and don't understand how to resume my access.
