Two testers in my team experience a difference when creating a new bug. One tester gets a nice long list og issues to block, the other does not. Please see attachment; what is the cause, how can I ensure that Jack gets the same list as Ellen?
Thank you Nic, the problem was solved, doing what you proposed!
Can Jack see the issues from which the list Ellen gets is populated?

Yes. Jack in all other respects sees the same and has the same rights as Ellen. They are just a double resource doing the same on the same project.

Ok, that's the usual culprit.
Next thing to try is having Jack search for some of those issues in the navigator, and Ideally open a couple up (just to look at them in the usual view screen). Then retry the picker.
