Unable to Add Customers to the JIRA Service Management Project
I'm the Project Administrator.
But when I'm trying to add customers to the JIRA Service Management Project, the following error pops up.

Found the issue. Respective user already had a JIRA license. Those users cannot be added as customers from this interface.
And they can be added from the People Section which is inside the Project Settings.
