I understand there was a problem during the sign-up process. I checked our system and it looks like you were able to complete the sign-up the next day. I can see you have an Atlassian Cloud site created now.
For others that find this, sometimes these sign-up errors can be generated if a CAPTCHA does not appear to the end user during the sign-up. I can't tell if that was the case here, but since the site has been created, I think this is resolved now.
