Unable to parse date while CSV import

Nikhila Pikkili October 3, 2021

Hi team,

At present I am importing some issues from one jira instance to another jira instance through CSV import. In my CSV file I have fields in date section like created, updated, resolved, due date.

After changing the pattern in File i can able to get the created, updated and resolved dates as it is. But I am able to get the due date field.CSV.PNGCSV-1.PNG

Thanks in advance!!

Regards,

Nikhila

@Nikhila Pikkili

If you are using the default format, dd/MMM/yy h:mm a, then you will need to do one of the following:

  • Update the default format to look like this dd/MMM/yy
  • Or add time to the date in the CSV file

Hi @Brant Schroeder

I have tried with adding timestamp to the due date column but still I'm getting same warning.

@Nikhila Pikkili Can you share a screenshot of what your date format looks like on the import settings?
