Unable to search data with the JQL

Hello Team,

Recently we upgraded our JIRA application from version 7.1 to 8.2 from then onwards users facing issues with few custom fields they are unable to filter issues with few custom fields

unable to find the result by using custom field value by using JQL, Please suggest is this related any plugin we are missing

is it a specific type of custom field that can not be found.

Did you run a full reindex after you did the upgrade?
