I am trying to add the "Fix versions" field in my projects, weirdly it's available in some of my projects but not all of them. Sometimes even within the same projects, it's available for same work item type but not others.
For this project - originally the Fix versions field is available on both Bug and Task work types
For Task, I've tried to move it from the project fields back to Fields Setting Panel on the right, after saving the change, the Fix versions field disappear, and search doesn't yield any result.
Going into Project Setting -> Fields, I can see Fix versions is already there.
Background -
I've read couples of articles and tried the below
This is now resolved.
Turned out I just need to turned the Release feature off and on again! And now the Fix Versions Field is showing for all the work items type!
Hi @Monica Lee
This is only available uner Team managed project based on a software template.
Within the project settings of these projects under the features, the "Release" option needs to be enabled to use versions and inherited the field fix versions

Hey @Marc - Devoteam ,
Thanks for the quick feedback.
These projects are Team managed Software project. I've enabled the Releases feature on Settings. I can add ticket to the release, but just the Fix version field is not showing on the ticket itself.

Did you now check you issue type in project settings and check if the field fix version is on them.
I have this and I can see the field on all issues, I'm even on a free plan..
So it is in your config.
