Unable to show validators when transit

I am not a jira admin, but I am a project admin. 

I can see the workflow, but I can not edit it. So if I want to check the validator, it always shows nothing... 

If it is possible to show all the validator when check?

Checking workflow details like condition, validator, transition requires Jira Admin permission. Please turn to your Jira product admin for assistance.

Project admin has no way to do that. Hope it helps.
