Update Velocity Chart After Sprint Closure

We are looking to produce Velocity chart report.  

It looks as if xxxx Sprint 1 and xxxx Sprint 2 did not have the 'Story Point' values input before closing the sprint. They have entered their values now. Is there anyway to update the chart to include the 'Story Point' values in the chart (both committed and completed).

There's no way to do that.

The problem here is that you didn't have a velocity in those closed sprints because you didn't estimate and start the sprint with any knowledge of what you had committed to.  The charts are actually accurate already, you can't change the history.
