Hi everybody!
We are trying to update our Jira server 7.7.0 to Jira server 7.13.13 in order to prepare the way to facilitate a cloud migration. In our sandbox environment, everything is working as expected unless this plugin "Email This Issue".
After updating the plugin from 7.1.1.8 to 9.2.1.1-GA version we have to renew our license. So far, so good. Our failure comes when we go to the market, select the product and after fill the payment information out...
We have tried with Chrome, Firefox several times and the error is always the same.
Is anyone experiences similar errors in the market? Could you lend us a hand with this?

The vendor has told me only Atlassian support can help with licenses issues.
Is there any support email to throw my question? I can see in you image attached above I would be able to update an app version via Marketplace until Feb 15, 2024, right?
