I need to upload an 'attachments' archive of 3 GB. The WebDav directory only supports files of 2 GB. Does Jira on demand supports RAR or 7ZIP formats so I can split the files, upload them and start my import?

I am aware I can use the "split" command to split any archive in smaller sized volumes, but that means I need to wait on Atlassian support to join them every time I upload a new dump.

There is not a "one size fits all answer" for this, so the best thing to do would be to open a support request. We can make the necessary arrangements / advise on how to best get the data into your instance. We can also setup a plan if you are going to be uploading large dumps on a regular basis.
