User Not Coming Up

We have a form created for software requests, and in the field that says 'Person making request'. When a user tries to add their name no data comes up. Does anyone know how to fix this

can you point me in the direction of where i can add the use and those permissions

Please go to Settings > System and select "Global Permissions" from the left menu.

You need to add the user to one of the groups that are granted the Browse Users and Groups permission.

Hi @Timothy McKay does the user who wants to add users have the Browse users and groups permission - are they in one of the groups that are tied to that permission (excluding org-admins and site-admins groups).

Good day!

If this is a user picker field, the user must have the 'Browse User and Groups' global permission to search for the user names.
