User Storys in the past

Hello everyone,

I originally managed my Scrum project in an Excel.
I would now like to transfer these sprints from the past to Jira.
However, when I set the user stories to completed, they are displayed with the current date in the burn down chart.
How can I manually set the date when the user stories originally were completed?
