User_created webhook has no emailaddress

when we use webhooks for user created, the json we receive is missing emailaddress of invited user, which is very important for us as we need to monitor which users are invited to jira, is there any work around except using rest api

Please navigate to JIRA Settings > General Configurations then Click on "Edit Settings". Scroll down and find "User Email Visibility" and change that to "Public".
