User not receiving notifications

One of our users has reported that Jira board notifications are no longer being received via email.
Could it be that the user email is on suppression list?
We have checked all the necessary settings and even notifications helper.

Hi John,

Yes, you should open a support ticket with Atlassian and have them check the suppression list for that email address.
