Golla Sathish June 20, 2022

Hi,

In one of Jira project, I have story which is linked with Epic , but in the roadmap plan, I can’t find it under the Epic.

Users and Jira admins also not able to view the missing story on plan view but we are able to see the Story on Jira issues or linked Epic.

Thank you

Hi Golla,

Thank you for the information.

First of all, I recommend checking if the hierarchy for advanced roadmaps is properly configured, you can check this documentation about it.

Then, check if the hierarchy is properly configured in the Filter on advanced roadmaps:

Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Hope it helps.

Best regards,

Carlos
