Using smart commits: Jira pulling data from multiple sources?
We're trying to get smart commits in Jira software to work with our bitbucket cloud.
I've followed the instructions here. I can see all of our repository in Applications > DVCS accounts.
When we create a smart commit, it is listed on the right side under development right away.
However, issue transitions (e.g. #done) do not have any effect.
Further below on the right, under the heading "Git commits", it will still say 0 commits. Also, the "Git Roll Up" is empty.
Sometimes this second number changes and the git roll up gets filled several hours later. At this point the issue transition also takes place.
Why are there two different sources and displays for the same information? Why does one of them take so much time to populate?
How can we get the issue transitions to take place right away?
