This issue appears to have been resolved at this time.
While we are happy to try to help with these kinds of problems here in Community, in the future should you find your Atlassian Cloud site is not functioning correctly, it might be a better route to reach out directly on https://support.atlassian.com/contact and then select Technical problem, your product, in this case Cloud, and enter your URL. This ensures that your report is handled directly by our Cloud support team.
