WSYSIWYG editor in a custom Plug in

Running Jira Server/Data Center and we have developed a simple plug in that displays a form. This helps our users a lot, it keeps their process simpler.

Is there a way to use a WYSIWYG editor in a custom plug in? We haven't found the write groovy object yet.
