We are trying to integrate JIRA using REST. We are not able to get the project and issues type. If I use api/issues/createmeta it givs back the response contains attachment. Please help

I am trying to sync all the projects and issue types present in JIRA, and move those to my system using REST. When I try to hit the issues/createmeta API, it returns the repsonse as attachment. I am not able to decode the JSON as it is coming as attachment. 

Any Help is appreciated.
