We would like to capture "duration" of any work item, in any status, in the workflow...

In Data Center 9x We would like to capture "duration" of any work item, in any status, in the workflow postmortem. We do have "Days in Column" checked in the board configuration but would like a JQL/Report for postmortem to see any trending patterns. We assume that "Days in column" is stored in the DB somewhere. We are trying to identify and analyze perceived bottlenecks for continuous improvement.

Hi Steve, you have to get to the changelog.  Do you have any plugins available like Scriptrunner?

No, I do not believe so. So JQL won't work I would guess. Would any of the plugins you mentioned be free?
