Weekly PDF Report of Issues

Hi, Atlassian Community!

I’m looking for a way to automate a weekly report generation in Jira, and I would appreciate some guidance. Here are my requirements:

1. Every Monday, I need a list of issues in a specific status (specifically, those that are "Ready for Approval").
2. This list should be formatted into a single PDF document that includes specific system fields and custom fields.
3. Once generated, the PDF should be emailed to a predefined list of recipients.

Can anyone suggest a way to accomplish this, especially the part about creating the PDF? Thanks in advance for your help!

@Humberto Gomes Your use case can be perfectly solved with the Better PDF Automation app!

(We are actually doing the same with an automation that runs daily.)

1. In the Issue Navigator (Advanced JQL Search) set up columns you want to be presented in your PDF file. 
2. Export to Word.
3. In the Word document, save as a PDF file.

All this can be automated if you know how to program but not natively in JIRA.

This sounds like a job, mostly, for a filter subscription, apart from the PDF part.

Is this a requirement because you need to share this information with people who don't access Jira?

PDF document with all issues (weekly base) is a Mandatory requirement.
