In my permission schemes I found a new entry "Restore Issue".
The documentation Managing project permissions | Administering Jira applications Data Center and Server 8.18 | Atlassian Documentation says: "Permission to restore issues to a specific project."
But what exactly does that mean? Does this grant the user the ability to restore a delete issue? If yes, how? If no, what else is the meaning/effect of that permission?
It's about restoring archived issues. Deleted issues are completely gone.
Thanks. Than only the name is misleading. Correct name was "Unarchive Issue" or "Restore from archive".
