My Jira server is behind a proxy, and my user's mobile apps are not working with the redirection I provide ( USER ACCESS - secure port -> PROXY - :8080 -> JIRA Server

I would expect the mobile app requires some particular port which our proxy does not redirect, so I would like to know this.

Thank-you very much,

Kyle.

Hi Kyle,

The app should only use 443 and all that should be addressed by the reverse proxy if I recall correctly. Have you got a screenshot of the particular error message you're getting?
