Hi,
I creat a costom field call donetime, which I want to copy the value of resolutiondate.
And I want to do so through automation, so I can set all the issues, especially the old issues.
But I don't know the smart value of the resolutiondate, who can help me...
Thanks first.
Hi @靳光光 , thanks for your question.
You can find some help for the date smart values here - Examples of using smart values with dates | Cloud automation Cloud | Atlassian Support

Hi @靳光光 , please can you share what you tried? I think if you put,
{{issue.resolutiondate}}
it should work, the end part is only trying to make the date more readable.

Hi @靳光光 , for me, this works -
Please can you check that the workflow is setting the resolution when you transition into a Done status? There should be a post function for this like here -
It could be that the workflow isn't setting the resolution and so there isn't a resolution or resolution date to show -
Cheers

What is not working? Can you post the audit log for when it runs?

{{issue.resolved}} will also work if you run it against one that has been resolved.
