Where are the SAML options for configure multi factor JIRA authentication?

Hello, I have published our self hosted JIRA using HTTPS and now I am trying to follow this guide to configure multi factor authentication for JIRA using watchguard.

None of the following below links links seem to help as I cannot find the SAML options in neither. I am an JIRA Administrator. Where do I find the SAML options?

Are you on Jira Data Center? The native SAML support is only provided in Jira Data center, unfortunately. If you are willing to throw money at the problem, there are a variety of Apps that could help you with this.
