Where does Resolution Field Description show to end-users?

You can set the description, but for an end user where can they see descriptions?

If you add Resolution field to create or edit Screen it will be visible there.

Click on a question mark after Resolution field and you will see all the descriptions.

Never put it on the edit screen. The field is required when displayed. That is why it should only be displayed on the screen shown in the transition where you want it set.
