Which Project Templates support the use of the RACI Matrix for Jira?

I am trying to integrate the RACI Matrix into my projects. When I try to add the app to my projects, there is no option for that integration. Are there specific project template one must use in order to utilize the RACI Matrix for that project?

Using the RACI Matrix in Jira doesn't require specific project templates. However, consider the following key factors for seamless integration.

The RACI Matrix app is compatible with most Jira project types, including Jira Software (Scrum and Kanban boards), Jira Core, and Jira Service Management projects.

To utilize the RACI Matrix, install the third-party app on your Jira instance, noting that it's not a native Jira feature.

I am wondering if the "list of all your projects in Jira" are limited during the trial license period if that is the path my company chose when purchasing the RACI app license. When I open the RACI app, I do not receive a complete list of all the projects in Jira.

I've got the same issue. I can see the Jira Software (Scrum/Kanban) projects, but I can't select the Jira Core projects in the RACI Matrix app. Did you find a solution already which you could share with me @Richard Allen ?
