Why Sub-tasks are not grouped under items on Kanban Backlog?

Mateusz Janczewski September 5, 2024

Hey, I have a Kanban Backlog in a company-managed project and my Sub-tasks are not grouped under parent items but visible as items in backlog [like it wouldn't have parent].

The Kanban board is showing them correctly.

Do you have any thoughts on what I should check/verify?

Hello @Mateusz Janczewski

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you provide a screen image of the backlog, pointing out a subtask and its parent issue, so that we can see what you see? Obscure other confidential information.
