Why can´t I upload some files?

I have always upload any kind of files: excel, power point, ms project, word. But since a few weeks ago the upload process fails when I try to upload some files. Right now I'm trying tu opload a ms project file and the following error appears.

Have a look for errors in the atlassian-jira.log file
