I have used the link between JIRA and Bitbucket pretty successfully. When checking code in on Bitbucket, I can use GS-5 #time 1h to save my time and it shows in the JIRA just fine. I created a new Bitbucket repository, and it shows linked in JIRA, but now when I check in code with, for instance, GS-9 #time 1h, the commit shows in the JIRA issue, but the time is not calculated. Any ideas what is wrong? It's the same JIRA project, so the settings should be the same for time tracking. I can't imagine why one repository can log time but the other cannot.
The only thing I can think of is that the email address used in the commit for GS-9 wasn't defined/recognized in JIRA (the email address for the person committing should be defined in JIRAs User Management).
