Why drag and drop function is not working on structure?

I can't use the drag-and-drop function on my structure, even though I am an administrator.

Also, I took off any sort that was on it.

Any suggests?

Hello @Noam Baum ,

This is going to depend on what specifically you are trying to drag and drop.  As @Fabian Lim mentioned, the more information you could provide, the better we will be able to assist.

If you are trying to drag and drop issues within the same level and same parent of the hierarchy, you are going to want to add a Sort by Rank Generator.  

If you are trying to drag and drop issues from one parent to another, within the same level of the hierarchy, you will either want an Extend or a Group Generator that defines that relationship.  

If you are trying to drag and drop issues between levels of the hierarchy, say from level 3 to level 1, this is not yet possible.
