Why is a PNG file being added to JIRA issues while browsing in JIRA Cloud

Over the past few weeks, I have been noticing that a PNG file of a JIRA issues is being attached to every JIRA that our support team is viewing.

Does anyone know how to stop this behavior?

Jira doesn't do this without the user telling it to.  What, exactly, is being attached and what have you changed that makes this happen?  What have your admins automated or scripted?

I was finally able to connect with the user, and saw what he was doing to trigger this.  

it was user initiated, and the way he was pasting into the side bar search
