Why might a Kanban Board not show up in the "Switch Boards > Boards in this Project" list?

I made a new Kanban Board in a given project, but it does not show up in the "Switch Boards > Boards in this Project" list with the other boards in the same project.

Why might this happen?

Are you able to check the board's configuration page? The General section should list the location of the board.

Yes, the Location is set to the Project in which I expect to see the board. I have access to this Project, but while working in this Project, the board still does not show up in the "Boards in this Project" list as other boards in the project do.
