Will Kanban backlog by default show some status tickets in its backlog

Hi Team,

I have Kanban backlog designed for my Kanban board as attached in Pic1. My problem is that, it is showing Created status tickets along with the backlog choosen state tickets in the Kanban backlog (as in Pic2).

Is there any way I can avoid showing of this Created state tickets  in my Kanban backlog?

Hi @Vineela Durbha,

Your Screenshots are showing, that your Created Status is the first column on your Kanban Board.

Because of this, the backlog must show this issues, because otherwise there is no chance to drag the issues from the backlog to the created column.
