Workflow conditions ignored on active sprint board?

We started seeing an issue last week whereby workflow conditions are being ignored when dragging issues in an Active Sprint board.  We have transition that allow us to prompt a new screen when certain conditions are either met or not met (in most cases a field is not filled in).  Before last week, we would only see one transition for the status column available.

While dragging, you can see that the board displays both transitions. However, if you drag the issue into the transition field that should not be visible an error will occur.

The transition conditions appear to work properly when using the status buttons in the issues.

Anyone else seeing this behavior?

For those curious about how we setup our workflow conditions.  We have two transitions setup to go to the same status.  Each transition has an opposing set of condition so that at any time only one of the transitions should be visible.

So in this case, if the Assignee were left blank only the 'Verify**' transition would be visible which uses a transition screen prompting the user to fill in that field.
